Jack Heflin, from Prophetstown, Illinois, earned first-team all-state recognition during his senior year and holds the school record with 30 career starts. After high school, he joined the Northern Illinois Football Team as a three-year defensive starter, earning first-team all-conference honors and being voted Defensive MVP by the coaches. In 2020, he transferred to the Iowa Hawkeyes as a graduate student, starting all eight games as a defensive tackle and recording 13 solo tackles, 4 tackles for loss, and a sack. Jack was signed by the Green Bay Packers in 2021, making the opening day roster. He has since played for the New York Giants, Houston Roughnecks, and New Orleans Saints, and finished the 2024-2025 season as a member of the Los Angeles Rams.
