After starring at traditional powerhouse Southlake Carroll High School in Texas, Chandler followed his older brother Nathan to Iowa to play his college football for the University of Iowa Hawkeyes from 2004-2006. He amassed nearly 120 catches and more than 1400 yards in just three years as a multi-dimensional Tight End. He was then drafted by the NFL’s San Diego Chargers in the fourth round of the 2007 NFL Draft. He’s since gone on to play in stints with the NY Giants, Dallas Cowboys and Buffalo Bills and spent the 2015 season as a key member of the New England Patriots.
