John Campbell

John Campbell

A native of Oskaloosa, Iowa, John Campbell recently retired after spending the last 33 years of his career as Sports Director for KCRG-TV9. After starting his career in Green Bay and covering the Packers, John Campbell eventually found his way home and was named the sports director at KCRG in 1979 and has been a well-known and popular fixture in Eastern Iowa sports circles ever since. He is also the first TV sports director named to the Kinnick Stadium Press Box Wall of Fame at the University of Iowa and recognition by the Iowa High School Athletic Association. During his stellar career, Campbell earned many additional honors including Silver Circle Award (lifetime Emmy) in 2010 from the Upper Midwest Chapter of the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences, Sportscaster of the Year from the National Sportscasters and Sportswriters Association and extensive recognition from the Iowa High School Athletic Director’s Association and the Iowa Broadcast News Association. Campbell also has been known for his great outdoors story telling (and local fishing reports), and he has ridden RAGBRAI 14 times, most recently this past summer.
Jared DeVries

Jared DeVries

Jared DeVries is a former college and pro football player who was a defensive end in the National Football League (NFL) for ten seasons. DeVries was born in Aplington, Iowa and attended Aplington-Parkersburg High School, where he was an all-state selection as a senior and junior, and a high school All-American and All-Midwest pick as a senior at defensive end in 1993. He also played as a fullback and gained over 4,000 yards. He played college football for the University of Iowa from 1995 to 1998 where he earned All-American honors and set the Hawkeyes’ team record for career quarterback sacks with 43 and tackles-for-loss with 79. He was drafted by the Detroit Lions in the third round of the 1999 NFL Draft, and played his entire professional career for the Lions. He is currently an assistant coach for the Clear Lake High School high school football team.

Michael Talbott

Born in Waverly, Iowa, Michael Talbott became a television and film star best known for his co-starring role as Detective Stanley Switek in the 1980s series Miami Vice. Some other television credits include MASH, Sanford and Son, The Jeffersons and Eight is Enough. Talbott also appeared in a number of films including Carrie, Big Wednesday, Any Which Way You Can, Used Cars, Manhunter and First Blood. Talbott currently lives currently lives in his hometown of Waverly, Iowa and is an active member and advocate of the National Rifle Association (NRA). Other interests have included serving as a spokesperson and presenter for Panteao Productions, a production company and distributor of firearms and tactical videos.

Robb is an avid outdoorsman and bow hunter who grew up in South Dakota where hunting and fishing were a large part of his life. He went on to attend the University of Texas, where he had a scholarship in football and track. He played defensive tackle and was a hammer thrower. Robb later decided to go to law school to represent athletes and entertainers. When not hunting, Robb works as an agent and attorney for athletes, entertainers and corporations. In his professional career he has worked with professional athletes and musicians; including Anthony Munoz, Mark Schlereth, Rich Gannon, Tim Wakefield; Country Singers Garth Brooks, Craig Morgan, Gary Morris, John Michael Montgomery and many others. Robb is a board member & legal counsel for the Rocky Mountain Chapter of the NFL Alumni Association. He has extensive experience, contacts & knowledge of the hunting industry having worked with numerous companies. Robb is also on the Pro Staffs of Mossy Oak and Hunter’s Specialties. Pat Reeve has been enjoying archery since he was just a young boy in southeast Minnesota. At the age of six he started hunting with his father Keith. His dad’s love for whitetail deer hunting soon rubbed off on him and now some thirty years later his love for hunting is even stronger than what it was when he first started. Pat Reeve and Nicole Jones host Driven TV and each year the show aims to make quality outdoor television with the goal of hunting hard and capturing the best footage possible in fair chase hunting conditions. Hunting is what drives Pat and Nicole and that is evident in each minute of every action-packed episode. Pat has been involved with all aspects of the hunting industry; deer hunting guide, writer, photographer, videographer, and video programmer.  When Pat is not hunting or filming, he enjoys shed antler hunting, fishing and spending time with his four children.

Larry Woodward, co-host of Outdoors in the Heartland and ScentBlocker Most Wanted, grew up near the Mississippi River in Northeast Missouri guiding hunters and fishermen. He went on to do seminars and The Outdoor Guide radio show in the mid-‘80s, eventually switching to television in the mid-‘90s. Larry’s passion ranges from Smallmouth Bass fishing to Big Game hunting, and he has always wanted to show the everyday outdoorsman where and how they too can fish and pursue North America’s fish and game.
